Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a German/Romanian television actress for over a decade. Alexandra is famous for her roles in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole child from Romanian acting star Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra entered the world of show business early, and ended up playing lead roles in different shows on television by the time she turned 16. Her performance as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue in Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historical war film) was critically as well as commercially acclaimed. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are two other Oscar nominees featuring female stars. Alexandra worked on several significant international and national productions over the years. These comprise British biographical film Control as well as The Dust of Time as in addition to the French historical miniseries Napoleon. She was also in the jury panel of the Transylvania International Film Festival, and at Cannes Film Festival.
